Choose the matching check

• No controller input, or working input with the wrong button labels: follow the two-branch controller guide and the official per-game Steam Input advice.
• No faster simulation option: check the Day 51 scoring milestone; text AUTO and low frame rate are different issues.
• Need to preserve a Windows Steam save: locate the configured account folder and keep a separate copy before investigating a problem.
• Moving between devices or editions: use the transfer guide's platform matrix. A shared game title does not establish shared saves.
• Want to play with a friend: check the published one-player specification. Cloud saves and an in-game crew do not create co-op or cross-play.

Know what each check can establish

A configured save path is not an in-game restoration test. Steam Cloud is not a guarantee that a missing older version can be recovered. The official controller advice is conditional, and a Steam Deck support notice is not a tested fix for every control problem.

Unsupported transfer routes and unresolved crashes remain clearly marked. We do not ask you to delete progress, overwrite saves, install an unofficial driver or change global Steam settings as a guessed repair.
