How to recruit Usopp through Chaka
The short answer
In ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet, Usopp needs Chaka's information, not another random visitor. In the second sea, find Usopp's Poster at Little Garden and display it. Discover Koza in Alabasta Kingdom, complete the request that introduces Chaka, and let Chaka visit. Once Usopp's location is revealed, select his poster and pay the displayed coin cost.
Little Garden supplies the poster part of the route. Koza and Chaka supply the customer part. Completing one without the other can leave the poster standing with no recruitment result.

Prepare the poster and the correct customer
- Reach the second sea and explore Little Garden for Usopp's Poster. Check the destination's current requirements and result panel.
- Place Usopp's Poster in the restaurant.
- Explore Alabasta Kingdom to encounter Koza, then review his entries in Everyone's Requests.
- Complete Koza's request that rewards Chaka. Game8's table lists Shop Affinity 7 to unlock that request and 19 coins to complete it. Treat those numbers as the guide's observed values and check your own confirmation before spending.
Let Chaka provide the information
After Usopp joins, complete his break-room request and place that room. Open Usopp Factory in the room to make meal decorations; recruiting him alone does not equip anything to a Set Menu.
- Continue service with the poster displayed and seating available for visitors.
- Watch for Chaka's visit and the information about Usopp's location.
- Select Usopp's Poster when the location is found, review the recruitment coin cost, and complete the encounter. Koza's 19-coin request is not the same payment as this final poster action.
If the chain stops
- No poster: return to Little Garden and check remaining finds and displayed expedition requirements.
- No Chaka reward: inspect Koza's request and its Shop Affinity gate. Raising a different customer's affinity does not complete Koza's condition.
- Chaka unlocked but no information: check the poster is displayed and allow the visitor to arrive. More seating is a suggested check, not a guaranteed trigger.
- Information obtained but Usopp absent: reopen the poster and finish its coin action. If the menu differs, keep the platform/version and request details for comparison.
✓ How to check the result
Koza's request introduces Chaka, Chaka reveals Usopp's location, and the completed poster action adds Usopp to the crew.
